I'm not so sure it was helpful.
Because some administration official was on Bill O'Reilly last night and he said martial law and the military cannot be used to help law enforcement unless Congress so requests.
So now I'm completely confused! LOL
I think it was helpful. What you heard on O'Reilly is correct. It will take an act of Congress to declare Martial Law which will allow the use of our military.
