....there was another time in southern CA I believe called Whatts (sp) but I can't remember the date. Or maybe that was at the same time as the Rodney King episode. Brain is getting foggy as I age.

Oh, there was also looting going on from those same communities after the 1994 Northridge earthquake... forgot to mention that. I lived in Santa Monica at the time, and we were waiting for them to come on down and break into the local hot tub store, try to steal a hot tub. That would have been funny.
