So, you're not actually ging to answer the question? I did not ask you what what has not HAPPENED, I'm asking what you think The Feds have not DONE. Do you or do you not agree that FEMA must abide by the Constitution? If you agree, then FEMA, the NG, and the regular military have done pretty much all they can do until the gov't of the state of LA requests Federal Jurisdiction.

Part of FEMA's preparation is the very good assumption and REQUIREMENT that the local authorities must be part of the team. They've refused to play their part, and now you want the Feds to start override the Constitutional protections? Your anguish is blinding you to reality.

I'm asking what you think The Feds have not DONE.

They didn't load the buses that were sent in on Wednesday to take that first batch of people out of the Superdome with water. Why didn't somebody think of that?

Time is of the essence when people have no water. They can live without food, but not water.

It is the height of folly to not recognize what was done wrong, so that it doesn't happen again.

Sure. The Feds should have helped the locals devise a good plan. They didn't. So we have rapes in the superdome, wandering pirates terrorizing people, etc.

If this was the plan, I'd hate to see if there was no plan.
