Poor is no excuse for killing,raping and stealing.There are hundreds of free government programs out to train minorities.They do not have to pay back their student loans!My two sons are still paying their's back.Let's be honest here these people are looking for one thing ,a free ride and all they do is complain about being poor and oppressed.They should get off their asse's,quit making children the taxpayers have to raise and get a job!!!! Minorities don't have to pay back their student loans? Then why does some girl named Sallie Mae send me a bill every month ever since I graduated? I must have checked the wrong box.
