Contrast the democrat governor and the democrat mayor's response to the disaster with that of governor Bush when his state was hit by 5 hurricanes last year and this. Bush was everywhere before and after the hurricanes directing the efforts or at least making sure that whatever could be done was done. Sure his brother was/is president, but the actions of Jeb Bush before and after the hurricanes made a big difference.
