we need to dump this 9/15 cutoff, now. it will take 3-4 months (longer) to get everything online and rebuild stocks.
did you hear the CA legislature stated they thought they were exempt from the EPA? they dont want the price to fall because they have been spending that 7.25% sales tax on gas.
