Guess who isn't making this political though he could? Yep, Bush. He could slam Blanco and the mayor, hasn't done it.

He did, however, make sure to compliment Governor Haley Barbour for HIS leadership....noticeably absent was any praise for the LA Gov or mayor. I'm sure the point did not escape them.
