Seems to be Bill O, a woman in Houston, alive, complaining about the rain falling in the dome, the smell, awful, a man throwing up.

Bill O: It was incompetence, [feeding her a line...}

"survivor": Yes, yes.
Only food was no heat, you could not eat what they give you.
Only one hot meal, crackers.

Bill O: how about the bathroom situation.
"survivor": oh, you could slip, people doing bowel movements on the floor

Bill O: yeah yeah, so glad you survived

Bill O: now turning to 81 year old..

and I am turning channels

oops - "can you hear me now" good for tv ad

I saw that piece, and the woman said that the National Guard provided more help, particularly medical help, than the (I assume "local") medical professionals who were either assigned or volunteered to tend to medical needs inside the Dome.

It came off as a matter of indifference, not of incompetence - although I agree O'Reilly did lead the interview with the question, "Was it incompetence?"

No doubt some ugly scenes and incidents are happening, and my heart really goes out to the innocent victims.
