I posted on an earlier thread a listing of the money NO had received for emergency preparedness from the goverment. The info came from the City of New Orleans website. I went back today, and added up the figures. They were given over 45 million dollars to come up with, and implement a plan.

Am I stupid to think that forty five million dollars for one fiscal year is not enough to at least come up with some kind of a plan that would have benefitted some of those people? What did NO do with that forty five million dollars?

Maybe the mayor and governor should have thought about that when they were running for office.
However, for one thing they could have used all the 100's of school buses and many, many city buses now under water.

If you ask me, I doubt any one would be echoing these race baiting comments if these folks were white or brown skinned.

They probably would not give a tinkers damn if this happened to evil Whites and Hispanics.

Race should never be the issue when it comes to life and death.

However, the black race baiter's and their smug elitists radical liberal white supporters would certainly like it to be that way.
