Heard on Fox News the fire that destroyed the mall was set at a police sub-station in the mall after being taken over by thugs.

I'd say with all the natural gas we see venting up through the water, the tons of broken glass laying in the sun, it is more likely that natural causes will start more fires than looters and thugs. Sure, they will add to the mayhem but there are plenty of natural reasons for fire.
