Thanks for the good one sentence summary. Most people reporting under those circumstances would find it hard not to experience empathy and joy for the two parents amidst all the crap.

I posted earlier about that little girl looking for anyone to help push her car and possibly her grandfather - in the midst of a flooded street. Cutest little girl. Some gut wrenching tales. I know it is easy to get pulled at the heart strings. Even the pic of the horses that were saved in Mississippi, but no hay to feed them has got to affect people.

By the way did you see the [NBC] piece, I think, of that amatuer video made by the hurricane chaser who stayed in a hotel on the coast? A young man, his 7th storm, I think. Said he did it to show others the power and danger of the storms. The water was relentness. Cars floating, water rushing up stair wells, roaring.
