Here's a photo of a water drop off today near their building. What struck me when I looked at it was the little yellow free newspaper box in the left of the photo. Still full of catalogs of homes for sale. Homes that probably don't exist or are underwater. It really hit me.

That is serious weaponry. Looks like a Russian sniper rifle. Maybe FedEx can use that picture in a new ad.

That's a consumer AK variant on the back, and a Ruger Mini 14 in the side. Might be officers personal weapons, or taken from gun stores... They did say that the NOPD armory is under water.
