I can buy most of that, still, they didn't steal guns to sell them, they are using them to shoot at people and steal from them.
Oh, I agree, He was talking about people stealing sneakers, TV's, etc... he didn't deny there was a bad element, but said there was also a lot of people who were just downright desperate because they had nothing.
