Why is it so logistically hard to load up some C-130's with water and food, and parachute it in by the Super Dome?

Because the super dome has a "domed" roof covering the field and is surrounded by water and mob rule outside of it. That's why.
Well duh I do not want it on top of the dome! I have seen the open parking lots with all the cop cars, and the chopper land zones.. This is not that hard folks. I thought we had precession equipment here.
