Not to be picky but won't the Comfort arrive too late to be of help?

People will be gone from NO by 9/10.

Given contaminated areas, lack of potable water, fire hazards, potential spread of diseases, and little local hospital support, it will be needed very badly. There are going to be a lot of sick people for a long period of time, even after folks return to their homes. When the Comfort was deployed to the far east during the tsunami disaster they cared for 100,000 people.
