Yeah, that is why I hope other hospitals are reviewing their situations as a result. This dr. was pretty beat up after the ordeal.

This morning on MSNBC, they displayed a graphic of the Mayor of NO while quoting from his foul-mouthed "statement", and then had a graphic along the bottom of his name, title, and then an (R) after it.
Is Nagin a Republican?! I'm sure he is a Democrat. I couldn't believe that when I saw it. Did anyone else?

If I have my way, there will be a major movement in hospitals to upgrade UPS systems. You're right, this is a major issue.

Why didn't the mayor, who is a Dem BTW, deploy the buses? I'd like a similiar headline as to WHY Blanco was saying looting was no big deal and why the President had to tell HER to evacuate citizens.
