Over 150 dogs and other animals were evacuated from an animal hospital after their owners had left town without them.

Those dogs look like they're plotting... "hey, Fido, the cats are asleep. Wanna have some fun?"

I remember hearing the Gov. say some folks simply refused to leave, and she couldn't force them.

The governor is a waste of space. That's a freaking lie. The only thing I've heard that is accurate is that many in New Orleans could not leave. They had no means, time was short and the governor and mayor had no plan.
