How the HELL does an armed squad of cops allow themselves to be beaten back.

My little WV county's 10 man SWAT team could do better than that.

They are either there to save lives, or they are not.

One might ask how many innocent people they would have had to kill in order to get the bad guys. Perhaps, it was not worth the cost in innocent lives.
