Who are these so called "men " commiting crimes down there. a REAL man would be helping women and children and nOT thinking of themselves.There was a time in this country when good men would rise to the occasion and be MEN. These are the gansta generation , half animals. They are the onse always playing the "tough guy " role and bitching about "respect" .Not a real man among them . Really, no. Unless you're in the Southwest with a lot of illegals around or in the New Orleans area, most of America is still okay during disasters.

There's still a core of decency throughout most of the country.
