because the ones who have been in or around the Superdome have said people are getting food and water. These people ARE NOT AT THE SUPERDOME. They are at the CONVENTION CENTER. This thread has nothing to do with the superdome. Fog of New Orleans.

My mistake. I haven't actually seen any live coverage of the Convention Center.

I just noticed in post 127 if the latest Katrina thread there is a picture of a helicopter dropping off water at the Convention Center. Perhaps this event was just missed by live cameras.
