I don't think a dime should be going to that area until the looting is stopped, the snipers are killed, and order is restored.

And how do all the non thugs get all the little things in life? You know, food, water, shelter? Guess what. That all takes a LOT of money. Would you rather Uncle Sam just foot the WHOLE bill?

Oh, gosh, OK. Let's see. We won't help the maybe 100,000 people still in N.O. until the 1000 who are looting stop doing that. Yeah...that makes sense.

Tell that to the mother of a 2-year-old, or to an 80-year-old man who is blind.

So...don't send any money. That's OK. It's competely up to you.

In the meantime, I guess you won't mind if I do.
