Sounds like a rumor to me, urban legend maybe at this point. I would hope it was happening, but I could only see this if the president had signed some secret executive order..
BOGUS STORY, and no one should fall for this. They don't waste those guys on episodes like this. Only Bill Clinton would be stupid enough to deploy them to New Orleans. Please kill off this story fast. Its a joke, and we should treat it as such.
