I thought it was settled after every schoolyard shooting that was blamed on honest gun owners. Or perhaps it was settled after every heatwave blamed on global warming. No, it might have been settled after every anniversary of Hiroshima where Americans are coerced into feeling guilty about ending a despotic regime.
