Did one of you tell me that FL did NOT pass a ban on dehydrating and starving the disabled?

If so, do you have a link, or the story?

There is NO BAN in Florida. People can still be starved and dehydrated by judges here. Hearsay evidence is the standard. Florida is the starvation state. A federal ban will save millions of lives in the United States. State's rights can't handle this issue. It is a Civil Rights issue imo and THAT IS A FEDERAL MATTER.
