Sounds like corruption to me. The US attorney in Tampa needs to investigate.
Nobody in Florida will investigate this. This is the old south and a perfect place for Atty Felos to start his "social revolution" of taking people's funds by court order and then having them killed by court order. He sure found a great state and plenty of death culturists to give him comfort and aid.
