Hi newbie, it sounds like you are a troll. So please help me out. You come on brand new, show at least some acumen with HTML freerepublic-style, and dog one of our high volume posters like stink on rice or whatever. Your salutation drips with sarcasm. and then you adorn your tag line with a boast that you are a liberal.

You show your only interest is in challenging floriduh voter, something sort of unusual for the usual troll without an agenda. What is a conservative to think? So tell us all about yourself and explain why you are not a troll.

Well you are brighter than most trolls allright, You can spell and use grammar and use the bold fonts. I do not quite understand how you can call your target "DUH" and then attempt to convince anyone beyond troll level that you are not sarcastic and not targeting a specific individual. Your syntax is out of place.

In your lexicon, perhaps attacking and dogging a person is "dabate" but this is a conservative forum. You should learn the real meanings of words.

Just a friendly tip.

Did one of you tell me that FL did NOT pass a ban on dehydrating and starving the disabled?

If so, do you have a link, or the story?

GOPUSA on the Supremes and foreign influence:

Most Americans have little understanding of the inner workings of the U.S. Supreme Court. For the most part it is only a building which becomes prominent in our lives when a celebrated decision such as whether or not the next person to take the oath of office is really the one who is legally chosen as was the case on December 12th of 2000. We took notice when the parents of Terri Schiavo fought to prevent the state of Florida from legally allowing a judge to murder their innocent daughter.

But right now out of the sight of most Americans is a quiet movement to allow the legal decision making process of the U.S. Supreme Court to incorporate judicial findings of law from countries like France, Germany, the Netherlands, Aruba or even Jamaica in determining American constitutional questions in cases that come before it. We may want to vacation in Jamaica but I don't think we want to have our cases decided on their legal precedents or Aruba, with their top notch legal sleuthing.

This deliberate violation of the Supremes oath of office to uphold the Constitution poses grave dangers. There should be ways of removing judges that set themselves up as little dictators, breaking the laws at their whim.

So we don't forget, Scott Thomas is still doing well. His site is updated.

Scott's website

The site includes legal information from the State of Florida.

God bless you, Scott, may they fail with you where they succeeded with Terri.

I hope one day Greer gets payback big time for the death of Terri. I would love to see him arrested at the bench but i doubt it will ever happen. His justice will come in HELL!

A CREDIBLE,UPDATE FROM FLORIDUH VOTER, a freeper since 1998 w/one screen name change to reflect the 2000 elections. The Florida Legislature is going to "revisit" the Jessica Lunsford Act (Tampa Tribune today's date). Facilities related to the education of children such as the Marcia P. Hoffman Institute for the Performing Arts were going to be subjected to background cks of $2,000 per actor, teacher, etc.

Regarding REPRESENTATIVE BOBBY JINDAL from Louisiana, my phone call to him yesterday WAS TOTALLY APPROPRIATE. He's been in the St. Bernard parish doing relief work days on end and I don't even know if he's changed shirts. So, radh, nobody has targeted you....look in the mirror, newbie.

ACCUSING FREEPERS OF LYING IS A SERIOUS MATTER. Following freepers from thread to thread to discredit them is no different than a personal attack, maybe it's worse than a personal attack.

There is NO BAN in Florida. People can still be starved and dehydrated by judges here. Hearsay evidence is the standard. Florida is the starvation state. A federal ban will save millions of lives in the United States. State's rights can't handle this issue. It is a Civil Rights issue imo and THAT IS A FEDERAL MATTER.

I am factually correct! I resent posts that say otherwise. Facts change day to day. I am usually a day or more ahead of trolls' information. They are usually a day late and a dollar short.
