I hope that joe gets this done...then set the price of gas at $1.00 a gallon.....(smile). Californians then will enjoy $1.00 gas....if they can find some.

I'm ready for some stupid state to go hard socalist to demonstrate to the rest of us just how happy people are by the equal sharing of misery.

Those refineries are not state property - if a gas price ceiling is mandated in CA, ALL of your refinery output will be shipped my way...

Oh I am sure that will happen, if Old Joe Dumb get his way, hope the Gov veto's the bill.

Yes, indeed, this is the way to gaurantee that gas prices stay high forever, let the government do it! The government can't do anything correctly and free enterprise will take care of the prices in the long run. We need to get the government OUT of the energy and environmental business and let free enterprise do what it does best: Respond to markets, supply and demand.
