Wrong. The gas vendors are not raising prices to get people to behave in a certain way - they are raising prices to compensate themselves for the anticipated higher cost of restocking their supplies.

Whats wrong with charging that price for the product once it costs you that much...sorta like everyone else does? I'm thinking the local megamart doesn't raise the price of beans because the next shipment is going to cost more...the price goes up when the shipment comes in.
