Don't worry about it people. The whole reason the Bush haters like the NY Slime are in such a tizzy is they KNOW that Bush is knocking it out of the park. Bush comes across as one of us, the Bush Haters come across as hysterical bigots. The commentary from the Left is doing more damage to them then it is to President Bush. People will remember who rolled up their sleeves and went to work and who grandstanded. Same way the banSheehan did more to help Bush, this is just more of the same.

Diane got her talking points memo from Hillary as she has already been opening her piehole and clammering for the Bush admin. to push for price controls. Do any of the media (except FOX news) think at all for themselves or is every news copy direct from the DNC and Hillary's office?

I really don't know what the political fallout will be from this, but what I AM observing is who has a political agenda even in times of crisis and who does not. This includes conservatives as well as Liberals that are rapidly all getting on my list as despicable or fanatical in their ponderings.

Meanwhile the President is concentrated on rescue and relief and isn't one damn bit concerned with PR, and THAT is what is impressing itself on me as worthy of respect. Certain Governors not playing politics and ahead of this are gaining my respect rapidly. Politicians grandstanding are not. Talking heads and pundits who's only contribution is critique and critisism are showing me only one thing. THEY are not FIT to lead this country.
