Wonder how long it will take for anyone to rais the questions of "should there even be a New Orleans - at least at that location"?.
I say no. Its stupid to keep rebuilding on such flood prone land. Now if someone wants to do it on their own dime, Hey - no problem.
But why waste taxpayer dollars and the lives of residents to try it over again?
Been wondering about that myself. Wouldn't it just be easier to start over then rebuild at this point?
