After a flood killed six people in 1995, Congress created the Southeast Louisiana Urban Flood Control Project, in which the Corps of Engineers strengthened and renovated levees and pumping stations. Ummmmm... If they were strengthened... then what happened?
In 6 years, what exactly did the Clinton Adsministration do Sidney?
The only criticism you can level at the President is he didn't move fast enough to clean up the mess left by Clinton.
