I'm sitting here wondering where the FReepers are that were OK with looting food and water. Where are the "I'd steal the food to make sure that my children eat" folks?

food and water in a damaged building would be thrown out when the owner returns anyway, is the prevailing view anyway. FDA doesnt let you sell water damaged foodstuffs.
