Seems they'd want everyone else out of NO so that they could REALLY do some looting.
I guess the thugs want nobody evacuated so that they will have folks to terrorize when they've grown bored with stealing.
The shark on Canal st. is just TOO much!

Every time that FNC talks about the firing at the choppers and about the Super Dome they are showing footage of chaos at a highway interchange. That interchange (Exit 226 on I-10) is miles away from the Super Dome. Miles.
