that is one reason behind my "peaceful citizen patrol" ...did you read my whole plan..
so if in OKC the whole state flooded..and you didn't have any food and water and there was an grocery store right next door you would just let your family die?
you have to remember how the media loves to only focus on the exciting issues..90% of the people in there likley are dazed, stun and just trying to survive..its the 10% the media is focusing on...i'm not downlaying the story i am just making apoint..kind of like they don;t focus on the postive stories out of Iraq.
