I detest reporters acting as if they're champions. They act indignant about some situation, and they are doing nothing more than the job of standing there getting paid.
They are not part of the solution. It is sheer self-aggrandisement.

Yes, but Shep is down there showing a pretty true picture of survivors and conditions in NO. He isn't safe and comfortable in Baton Rouge.
As for Gov. Blanco, I saw her a couple of times and she looked teary and uttered a few meaningless platitudes. She needs to watcvh a Margaret Thatvcher documentary and grow a backbone.

Shepard Smith is a joke. It is a mystery why Fox gives this phony such good airtime on the Channel. Roger Ailes for some reason must love this imitation of a reporter. Any of the female reporters on the Fox staff have more credibility.
