This is a real can of worms. The remaining levees that are under water will all be softening up from being water logged for so long; I fear that when the city starts being drained by the ACOE, the softened-up levees will fail as well.
Exactly. YOu can't pump the water back into the lake if you have levees that are compromised. Fix one breach, start to pump out the water, cause another breech. Bad news.
