Speaking as a "Zionist Christian" (if that means a Christian who supports Israel then the shoe fits) ... I blame Katrina on Clarence Darrow (now, where is that wink.gif?) ... not for that evolution thing but for arguing non-culpability on account of insanity.

Darrow hasn't been blamed for ANYTHING lately and I bet he's feeling forgotten. (has ANYONE seen the wink.gif?)

I should have clarified. There are some Christian Zionists that claim a link between the destruction of the Jewish community of Gaza and the destruction of New Orleans. While I must admit it would give some perverse satisfaction to blame someone else for the destruction of the Jewish community in Gaza, I did not mean to impune all Christian Zionists.

Oh, and if we are blaming Clarence Darrow, we might as well blame the activities on Bourban Street during Mardi Gras too...
