Is that substantiated, I haven't heard of that - though it does sound far fetched it isn't out of the realm of possibility.
yeah I think it was on FOX, they were interviewing a guy who was in charge of command and control and was trying desperately to evacuate 1,500 seriously ill people from a hospital.
The problem was they couldn't do it because they were too busy defending themselves from the looters.
A looter even stole their generator which disabled all their communication.
