At word of this the ACLU is sending it's emergency team to the area immediately.
The mayor really couldn't do this any earlier...he didn't have enough people to enforce it. Better late than never.
They have to protect relief supplies and equipment now.

Blam. blam, that scraggly arsed ACLU lawyer looked just like a looter to me, and and maybe posed a threat when he approached me opening his brief case, I thought it could have been a bomb.
