Where's the busses that take 100,000 kids to school each day?

Somewhere on one of these threads there is a picture of them. They're underwater at the moment, unfortunately.

Hmm, they wouldn't be under water if the Mayor had used them to relocate many of his car-less citizens. Those buses would be sitting in Baton Rouge, ready to be used again.

I believe that it was mentioned on these threads as early as Saturday that these buses would be most useful for evacuation duty. Unfortunately, the Mayor is not a freeper and so made no action to prepare for the worst.
