I would suspect there are quite a few strung out drug addicts that have been cut off from their suppliers. Undoubtedly. Did you see the reference upthread to the guy searched (I forget whether it was in Baton Rouge or TX) and had a pound of cocaine on him?

No didn't catch that, but sure can believe it. After a few days, Heroin and Cocaine addicts are climbing walls, they will be extremely desperate and dangerous.
