Wrong,,I am getting first hand reports of some of this but not of the carjackings and such. But the city center was in lockdown, the situation at the center for refuges in town is tense and they are telling us to be careful on campus. And we can see the problem in the afternoon.

MOST of the rumors are false. Building lockdowns are precautionary measures. Nobody I know sees roving bands attacking buildings in BR.
