Absolutely. While the vast majority of looters are black. The Mayor is black. He declared martial law. The police chief is black. Most of the cops are black. Heck about half of the NG if not more are black?
Like I said earlier. A lot of people saw the footage of the lone black police officer trying to hold off a horde of looters with a shotgun. Now if he had blasted a couple of em, whose going to cry racism?
