One point that really needs to be noticed by authorities, everybody is that the drug addicts are out there. They have lost their suppliers. Part of these looting mobs are meth, heroin, crack addicts who are desperate for a fix.

These folks are going to be extremely dangerous as they are detoxing. Food and water isn't going to cut it for them. They NEEEED drugs. In a city the size of New Orleans, plus the surrounding areas, think folks on how many hard core drug users are jonesing really badly right now, and what kind of a problem this creates.
