I hope someone can get that dog and bring back to its owner - or at least kennel it 'til the owner can reclaim it.

You know as the owner and lover of golden retrievers, that is one picture I can't stand to see.

Why you ask? Because shelters won't take pets. so the poor thing is going to die.

That's the saddest picture I've seen yet.

Then again, at this point, I'd rather save the canines than the human animals that are infesting New Orleans. At least they have the brains not to bite the hand that's feeding them (or shoot at it).
