That being the case, who is going to pick up thier tab for their welfare checks now? The state of Texas? Just curious.

This is going to create such a hardship on the states that have accepted these people. I think NO should foot the bill since they created the problem.
I hear you, but unfortunately, to foot the bill, you have to be able to pay. The taxpayers and businesses aren't there any more. There is no earning power.
