There are rumors of rioting and attacks in downtown Baton Rouge near the River Center, where about 5,000 "refugees" are being housed. The local BR courthouse has apparently shut down due to violence, and the SWAT team may have been called in.

If this is NOT brought under control in 24 hours, we have not learned our lesson from Baghdad. We did not prepare for the "occupation". Without adequate policing, it resulted in total chaos and looting for nearly two weeks after liberation. We were only focusing on another aspect of the mission. As a result, many lives were lost, and a permanent underground was presented who were armed to the teeth.

People need to remember the looting in Baghdad post-victory, and what it led to (the crap we are still in over there) nearly two years later.

This is no time for political correctness. My concern is that PC knows no boundary; it is just as likely able to take root in a Republican administration as a Democrat, maybe more quickly with the Rats. No PC at this time. We have to exercise the option. Or this might spread to other US cities.
