Did you catch the CNN news of the 20 year old who commandeered a school bus from a NO parrish and drove 50+ people out of town?
If so, that is being resourceful and not waiting. People on the bus "fibbed" that they were part of the Superdome evacuees. They were all admitted.
Yes....these folks are sorely laking leaders...good leaders.
