INFO FROM THE SCANNER...
104 Buses (span 2 1/4 miles) lined up on highway shoulder ready to move in (I believe they are on 61 and will exit on I-10 - 400 more are waiting close by - Special need buses have already been sent in. The other buses will be sent in 10 at a time.
This is a huge operation that involves 500+ waiting buses.
