Bummer that the poor - ones waiting on checks in the mail that might finance their forced evacuation - had to take a bus. Since they WOULD have taken cars, but evidently have no cars or gas. School buses are loaded with gas. This school bus loaded with gas got them out of the city - as directed - to the Astrodome - as directed.
